Alain Ducasse is the award-winning famous French chef behind Le Louis XV – Alain Ducasse at the Hotel de Paris – a three-starred Michelin restaurant and considered the best restaurant in Monaco.

Ducasse is a French-born Monegasque chef and is considered one of the best chefs in the world. He is known for his world-class French cuisine, pushing the boundaries of culinary excellence. The acclaimed chef has held 21 Michelin stars throughout his career and is the owner of three Michelin star restaurants. In 2019, Ducasse famously sent gourmet dishes made with the finest Mediterranean ingredients to the International Space Station.

Located in Monaco’s legendary Carré d’Or, Le Louis XV offers diners culinary excellence. The restaurant’s setting is equally impressive; a grand Belle Epoque dining room complimented with refined contemporary furnishings.

Komo Monaco – Mauro Colagreco

Mauro Colagreco is an Argentinian Michelin starred chef behind some of the world’s finest restaurants. He is best known for the restaurant Mirazur in Menton and for designing the menu at Monegasque restaurant Komo in collaboration with famed pastry chef Pierre Herme.

In 2020 Colagreco was named Chef of the Year in the prestigious 100 Chefs global listing, while his restaurant Mirazur was named the Best Restaurant in the World in the acclaimed guide, The World’s 50 Best Restaurants.

Colagreco started his culinary career in France in 2011, training at a hotel school in La Rochelle, before training alongside some of the world’s most acclaimed chefs, including Ducasse, Alain Passard, Guy Martin, and Bernard Loiseau, before going on to open Mirazur in 2006.

Blue Bay – Marcel Ravin

Marcel Ravin is the executive chef of the two-Michelin star Blue Bay at the Monte-Carlo Hotel & Resort, considered one of the best restaurants in Monaco.

Considered one of the most talented chefs of his generation, Ravin combines the flavours of his native Martinique with the finest Cote d’Azur produce. His signature dish – organic egg with truffle, cassava and passion fruit with cocoa bean and passion fruit sauce – perfectly encapsulates his creative fusion cuisine.

Ravin left Martinique to pursue his passion for the culinary arts, cooking in Alsace and Lyon in France, as well as in Brussels. In 2055 he joined the Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer group that owns and operates the Monte-Carlo Hotel & Resort, garnering his first Michelin star in 2015.

Rampoldi – Antonio Salvatore

Chef Antonio Salvatore is an Italian chef who was awarded his first Michelin star in 2021. He serves up exquisite Italian cuisine with creative flair at his Monaco restaurant, La Table d’Antonio Salvatore at Rampoldi, located just steps away from some of Monaco’s most exclusive real estate, including the new eco-district Mareterra Monaco.

With a passion for cooking from a young age, he enrolled in a hotel school aged just 14, where he honed his culinary talents. Upon graduating, he travelled the world, cooking in some of the world’s best kitchens, including the UK, the Canary Islands, Italy, and Russia, before arriving in Monaco in 2016 to work at the gourmet restaurant Rampoldi.

In 2020, Salvatore opened the doors to his Monaco restaurant Le Table d’Antonio Salvatore, which has quickly established itself as one of the best restaurants in Monaco. The restaurant’s art deco space is the ideal setting for Salvatore’s artistic gastronomy offering a playground for the imagination and a feast for the senses.
